Instructions for Completing your CoachDISC Survey

Step 1
As you are completing your DISC Survey think about how you behave within the context of your role as a Strength & Conditioning coach.
Step 2
As you complete the survey, if you’re unsure of a word’s meaning, you can hover your cursor over that word, and other words with a similar meaning will be provided.
Step 3
The whole survey should take you no more than 10 to 12 minutes to complete. Go with your first instinctive response to the questions and you’ll get the most accurate answer. Some questions may be a little challenging to choose between and this is completely normal – just go with the response that is closest to you.
Step 4
Keep in mind there are no right or wrong answers, and there are no correct or incorrect responses. DISC is not a test. DISC is simply a tool to help you understand your most consistent behaviors within the context of your role.
Step 5
After completing the survey, click submit. You will then be emailed a copy of your results.
Once you've completed your DISC Profile,
it's time to prepare for the first live workshop.
