overview: the people side

Welcome to this part of your class.

No matter what stage of your career or education you are at, the foundation of all professional and personal development is the same – it starts with strong self-awareness.

An effective way to expand your self-awareness and develop a comprehensive understanding of yourself, and the people you interact with is through DISC Profiling. By undertaking this behavioral assessment, you can lift your personal performance to the next level by clearly identifying the factors that will develop your interpersonal skills.

The goal of this program is to guide your understanding of why this is important, and create a strong foundation to further apply DISC Profiling to your career planning and development. Give yourself the best opportunity to reach your full potential in your future career by discovering how to build on your strengths, identify and address potential limiting behaviors, improve your communication, relationships, and teamwork with others.

To prepare you for what’s ahead, we’ll cover
  • Why we’re doing this (watch the video below)
  • Completing your survey to receive your personalized DISC Profile Report
  • Review your report and highlight key themes
  • Cover the foundations of DISC Profiling to prepare you to apply it to your class
  • Get the most value from the experience by putting your learnings into action
