Welcome to the Fall section of the Dance Team’s DISC development!

Continuing to build upon the DISC Profiling work we have covered so far, we’ll explore how to apply DISC to different leadership styles, manage conflict constructively, and navigate difficult conversations—skills that are invaluable both in a high-pressure rehearsal space and beyond the studio.

This experience will also support your personal development and career preparation, helping you grow in self-awareness, adaptability, and interpersonal skills. You’ll walk away with tools that enhance not only your performance and communication but also your readiness for future opportunities—whether that’s in dance, leadership roles, or other professional pathways.

To prepare you for what’s ahead, we’ll cover

  • New dancers – welcome & completing your AthleteDISC Profile
  • A refresher on DISC Profiling & Team Dynamics
  • Using DISC to explore your role as a leader and identifying your leadership styles.
  • Practical ways to manage conflict and approach difficult conversations.
  • How DISC can support your career preparation and be applied beyond the world of dance.
