COMPLETING YOUR SURVEY

STEP 1
You should have received an email from reports@athleteassessments1.com with an email subject “Access to the AthleteDISC Survey”, providing you with a link to log in and complete the AthleteDISC assessment (you may need to check you junk/spam folders).

If you cannot find this email, please reach out to temika.smith@athleteassessments.com and she will be able to assist.
STEP 2
As you are completing your AthleteDISC Survey think about how you behave within the context of your dance practice and performance.
STEP 3
As you complete the survey, if you’re unsure of a word’s meaning, you can hover your cursor over that word, and other words with a similar meaning will be provided.
STEP 4
The whole survey should take you no more than 10 to 12 minutes to complete. Go with your first instinctive response to the questions and you’ll get the most accurate answer. Some questions may be a little challenging to choose between and this is completely normal – just go with the response that is closest to you.
STEP 5
Keep in mind there are no right or wrong answers, and there are no correct or incorrect responses. DISC is not a test. DISC is simply a tool to help you understand your most consistent behaviors within the context of your role in the Dance Team
Once you've completed your DISC Profile, it's time to review it!
