Team Dynamics using DISC

In this section, we'll be unpacking how DISC relates to team dynamics, and the importance of being aware of it.

Introduction to Team Dynamics

Learn the importance of understanding your team's dynamic and what each member's non-technical role is, as informed by their DISC Profile. We'll also unpack how the DISC Styles make up a sample of a general population, and how the percentages differ to those of samples of athletes and coaches. Bo Hanson also unpacks the question we often get asked, 'Is there an ideal team dynamic in sport?', and what this looks like in terms of the distribution of DISC Profiles.

Working with a Team & Critical Relationships

Learn how to utilize DISC to understand different team members' preferences for communication, pace, as well as how they behave when they're motivated or stressed. Bo Hanson highlights the importance of diversity in group work and how to determine roles within the group that align with the strengths of each team member and their DISC Profile.
